Cancellation Policy & Terms
If you need to cancel your tour or travel services due to any personal or unavoidable reason, you must notify us in writing via email.
Cancellation charges will be calculated from the date we receive your written cancellation request. The charges are applicable as follows:

| 50 days or more before arrival | 10% of total tour/service cost |
| 49 days to 30 days prior to arrival | 15% of total tour/service cost |
| 29 days to 20 days prior to arrival | 20% of total tour/service cost |
| 19 days to 15 days prior to arrival | 30% of total tour/service cost |
| 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival | 50% of total tour/service cost |
| 07 days or less / No Show | NO REFUND (100% cancellation charge) |
